Giveaway and Tour: Here Burns My Candle

I’m a little late on this one, so I’m going to post a little blurb and link some reviews for you. I haven’t had time to sit down and really read this book, and I want to read and review it fairly. I started it and am enjoying it. I have to say that the cover is BEAUTIFUL.

  1. One of my favorites is the story of Esther and how she is able to save her people from death.

    I also like the story of Naomi and Ruth so I'm looking forward to reading Here Burns My Candle.

  2. My favorite Bible story would probably be the Jacob-Rachel-Leah love triangle or David and Michal. Well, those are love stories... :) then there's barren and faithful Hannah, the Gospels... okay. I've more than answered the question at this point! I'm SO excited about Liz Curtis Higg's new book.

  3. My favorite Bible story is in Acts 16--the story of Paul and Silas in Philippi. :)

    I've been seeing great things about this book, so I'd love to win a copy!

  4. One of my favorite stories in the Bible is the one about Joseph and all of his troubles with his brothers and Potiphar's wife.

  7. Noah's Ark has always been my favorite. I was always fascinated with pictures of what they thought the inside looked like and how they took care of all the animals.
